Hostgator is the most expensive service on the internet. Have you tried BlueHost or GoDaddy? BlueHost seems solid and cheap. Domain names are cheap in there as well. What do you think?

Hostgator is the worst hosting provider ever. They will shut your site down if you don’t verify your new domains which is stupid. No phone calls just straight shut down. Their cpanel has a lot of pop ups when you first sign up and lots of ads everywhere trying to up sale to you. Customer service is almost non-existant . Good luck in getting anything done right. Its funny how I find a lot of people raving about Hostgator which is why I signed up coming from Godaddy. I learned my lesson I will stick with Godaddy. At least they alert me if anything goes wrong.
