Siteground’s customer support service is mainly the best support I have ever had. They are far better from the other hosting companies I’ve encountered. Siteground’s support has turned the mode of service remarkably. Most hosting support services are only there to assist you with certain issues. But with Siteaground, they will never stop until all your concerns are resolved. They have definitely the best and awesome customer support service.

Reliable Speed

Siteground claims to have a 99.9% uptime speed. But during our performance test, there have been some down times twice for 30 minutes. However, Siteground has promised to improve it and migrate their servers to a more faster and reliable server. After that test, I have not encountered any problems related to server or any similar downtime issues.

Cheap and reasonable hosting plans

The prices vary from less than 3.95 dollars per month (shared hosting plan) and all the way up to more than $217 for dedicated hosting plans. Generally, if you spend for as low as $3.95 for Siteground’s shared hosting plan, you will have the chance to save money. It is no surprise that you will enjoy the service and features of Siteground.

Disadvantages of Siteground Hosting

The only disadvantage of this Siteground review is that their disc space is not enough. They should offer bigger disc space storage since consumers seek for more. Another aspect is the price, which some people might find expensive but we still feel the price is justified.

Conclusion for Siteground’s Review:

I am using Siteground’s services for quite some time now and in my opinion, I feel that it provides the best hosting service. I may have experienced its downtime but they have improved it already.
